there has been an interesting post by PierG about collective responsibility

it raised me up a question “When there is a group of individuals, how to assess who has this skill (personal and collective responsibility), who doesn’t and what is the more productive way to make them work together ?”

what is your suggestion about this ?

I would suggest these books as well for programmers:

Write Great Code – Volume 1

Write Great Code: Volume 1: Understanding the Machine

and

Test Driven Development

Test Driven Development: By Example
